A short primer: my family & I had initially booked for four days, but due to heavy traffic missed our flight to Beirut. We were able to fly in the next day, and, to my pleasant surprise, there was no hassle about it at all. Not only that, they upgraded us to a suite and sent a staffmember of housekeeping to immediately move the crib we had requested for our 6-month-old! The staff are all consumate professionals who pratice their craft with exceptional care. My Arabic is very limited, but they all spoke English, too. I made use of everything they offered: the tasty & nourishing breakfast, the treadmills in the gym, the laundry room (just bring your own detergent). The facilities are all in top form, both inside the room we stayed and throughout the hotel. Our room had a small kitchenette with a refrigerator and microwave as well as two televisions in separate rooms. If someone wanted to take a nap with our baby, we could close the door between the living room and master bedroom to get a little more peace and quiet. The neighborhood (Ashrafieh) is hilly, but it has its charm. It's close to the National Museum, road interchanges to drive any direction outside of Beirut, and with on-site parking with an attendant present at all times, we were able to plan our own excursions all around the country.

Well , the hotel is at an amazing location , to start with . But about the staff and how friendly and helpful they were , amazing I the least I can say ! The hotel`s whole staff did not hesitate for single time to meet and satisfy all our needs during our stay, or to compensate any disappointments , if any . :) About the very professional receptionists , especially Bob , helped us a lot booking places , recommending destinations that never disappointed us . they were very helpful . thank you for that ! definitely coming back one day inshallah . thank you so much for making our short vacation special .

recently stayed at The Best Hotel for the first time and I was very impressed. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the amenities provided were excellent. I especially liked how the hotel provided complementary breakfast with a variety of options. On top of that, the restaurant and bar provided were also top notch. The location was also great as it was conveniently located near plenty of restaurants, shopping centers, and other attractions. Overall, this was an incredible hotel experience and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

i'm a genius level 3 and I don't usually bother leaving reviews, but this hotel really deserves it. I've stayed at many hotels around Beirut, but this place has quickly become a favorite, it exceeded all my expectations. The amenities are fantastic, and both the rooms and bathrooms are modern and spotless. The staff is incredibly polite and professional, always ready to help. The Wi-Fi is fast, and my room came with a mini kitchenette, which I absolutely loved. When I needed to switch rooms, the staff was super helpful and accommodating. This is officially my new go-to spot in Beirut.

the hotel has everything you need, it’s clean and it’s comfortable and the location couldn’t be better, just a 10 minutes drive to downtown or hamra, and it’s in the ashrafeya area, chic and quiet and residential. The staff is amazing, so kind, helpful, genuine and generous. I would definitely go again, and my kids had such a great time, they felt safe, and the staff were all so kind to them, no matter how excited or loud they were.
